As powerful as WRDB is, it is inevitable that there will be times when you need to use other applications to further analyze or display the data. For example, suppose the time series graphing of DO in the mainstem is sufficient for data analysis but you want to prepare a graphic that superimposes population trends on observed DO readings at mainstem station CR0024. You could print a report and manually re-enter the DO observations into a spreadsheet program that contains census data. However youd be more wise to use WRDBs data export capabilities to create a file you can further manipulate.
