Printed reports are designed to print in a readable fashion--formatting and page orientation of standard reports are designed to provide attractive reports. However, in some instances very wide reports might be generated (for example, when printing the contents of the Stations support table, which contains many fields.
To handle this situation, you can choose from four optional ways of handling page overflow issues:
None: narrow reports will be left-aligned on the page; wide reports will be clipped
Stretched: narrow reports will be stretched to fill the entire page width; wide reports will have narrowed columns such that some clipping may occur
Multiline: narrow reports will be stretched to fill the entire page width; wide reports will wrap text in wide columns so the entire contents are always visible
Scaled Fonts: narrow reports will be stretched to fill the entire page width; wide reports will use reduced font sizes such that all column appear as single line text
