The data browser is useful for displaying data in a Working or Master table.
The data browser is primarily intended to give you a read-only preview of a subset of the data in the current table. Initially, only the first 1000 records are displayed; you can select more or less records by selecting from the drop-down list or by just typing in a number. The columns correspond to the fields found in the data table as described in Database Structure. Note that the format of values in the Result column depends on the entries in the Sig_Figs field of the PCodes Support table.
You can click the Options button to see a menu which lets you perform several functions:
When finding and filtering, keep in mind that only the displayed data are being searched. To actually select data, you must use one of the items on the Select Menu (see Output Data Overview). Right-click on the browser to display the Table Editor Shortcut Menu.
You can resize the browser by clicking and dragging the borders of the window.
